The simplest solution is "Publish as PDF" under the file menu, and the shortcut key is ALT+F+HF+H. If the CDR file is exported to PDF format, there will be no graphics outside the page.

If you must save it in JPG image format, you can use the cropping tool to crop it along the edge of the page and then export it.

You can also use border precise cutting, select all the graphics in the group, and then double-click the rectangle tool, a border with the same size will appear on the page, and then the effect-border precise cutting-will be put into the container, and the grouped graphics will be put into the rectangle.

(In CDR, by default, the precision cutting drawing frame is automatically centered after cutting. You can modify it in CTRL+J, edit the workspace, and automatically center and load a new drawing box without checking. )
