All the postures of Zen yoga are to assist meditation, or to be precise, to conform to nature. When practicing, the yogi first brings his mind into the realm of meditation, producing Zen joy in spirit, and then uses this mental state to drive his breath and body, and drives his body and spirit with his heart. In the whole exercise, the difficulty of posture, the feeling of the body, the length of action and the balance of breathing are not the most important. The most important thing is that the mind can live in the present, live in the practice itself, and not cling to all physical and mental phenomena that appear in the practice. Let go of the analysis and judgment of all physical and mental phenomena, not be influenced by the senses, but really realize that you are practicing. This is Zen yoga.
