Dieting to lose weight
A cup of boiled water and a bowl of porridge in the morning. Half a bowl of rice at noon, don't eat fried high-energy food. Vegetables are the mainstay. Have cucumbers for dinner. My personal experience is that if I want to be thin, I just don't eat. In the past, I didn't eat every day, and I was often hungry. After a month or two, I lost weight obviously. From 10 1 to 84.
