Practice 1: lazy stew rice
Ingredients: rice, carrots, celery, mushrooms, ham sausage, onion, soy sauce, salt and peanut oil.
Exercise:
1. Wash rice and add water, cut ham into large pieces, carrots into large pieces, celery into small pieces, and mushrooms into small pieces.
2. Stir-fry the cooked ham sausage in the pot and pour it into the rice cooker. Other dishes are also quickly stir-fried, then poured into the rice cooker, and then covered with the lid to start cooking.
3. After the meal is done, add some soy sauce and salt and mix well.
Practice 2: tomato rice
Ingredients: rice, corn, corn kernels, tomatoes, carrots, sausages, sesame oil and salt.
Exercise:
1. Wash the rice and soak it in clear water 10 minute. At the same time, slice the sausage and dice the carrot.
2. Pour rice and water into the pot, add corn kernels, carrots and sausages, and add some salt to taste.
3. Wash the tomatoes and put them in the pot. After firing, boil them over medium heat. Reduce the heat and continue to cook 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and stew for about 5 minutes.
4. After the ingredients and rice are cooked, pour in sesame oil and mix the tomatoes and rice well.
