2 1 day The whole process of losing weight is divided into three stages:
1. the first three days: fasting therapy (note: complete fasting, only drinking water, detoxification stage)-you can't drink anything except water. This period is the most painful. Some people will think that there are stars and birds in front of them, but do you want to be slim? Be patient if you want, it's only three days! It's raining in Mao Mao!
2.8 days: vegetable and fruit meal, not too much. (Note: no staple food, fat and sweets, fat reduction stage)-Yogurt can be drunk with vegetables and fruits, but don't drink too much. Do you feel greedy now? I really want to eat barbecue, hot pot and boiled live fish! Hey hey! If you want to gain more fat, eat it! The speed at which your body absorbs fat when you are hungry, hehe! !
As for the way to eat vegetables and fruits, it is like this: vegetables are best boiled, so if you fry them, you will not be able to eat enough at every meal. Fruit should be eaten between meals (such as apples, plows, bananas, oranges, etc.). Others, such as grapes, should be limited, not exceeding 10).
Note that in the second stage (the stage when the body digests fat), don't eat any staple food and starch for 8 days. Remember to eat only vegetables and fruits and drink water. It is best to drink a cup of skim milk or lactic acid bacteria drink every day (it must also be skim milk).
3. 10 days later: you can eat normally (note: eat 60% full, don't eat any food for 5 hours before going to bed)-don't be too indulgent! Just allow you to eat some normal human food, pay attention, some oh! However, if you don't want to give up all your efforts, please restrain yourself, try to choose foods with low calories and high vitamins, and be sure to limit them, otherwise don't blame me for gaining weight!
(Strictly implement 2 1 day, generally it will lose about 15 kg. If you reach your ideal weight in less than 2 1 day, you can finish early and enter a normal diet, but remember not to overeat. As long as you have a balanced diet, you can keep your weight. If there is a rebound, you can do this method again after 2 months. )

1, breakfast is very important. Remember to eat something protein and high fiber. But it is mainly moderate.
