I went to the teacher training department to go through the relevant procedures and learned about the location and content of the study-"Trainer Training" in Xinxiang Heshi Normal University. Although the summer vacation is a bit tangled, there are still unspeakable expectations and excitement. Not only can I experience "college life" again, but more importantly, I feel close to "He Normal University"-I came here last year to give a lecture on "National Training" and I have a special feeling of revisiting my old friends. We sat in a friend's car to report for duty, and Mr. Bai Yujing greeted us. At the moment we saw him, we not only lamented how time flies-we were also received by Mr. Bai last year, with the same sincere smile and warm greetings, and the fatigue on the road suddenly vanished.

In fact, this aspect is my shortcoming and an obstacle to my teaching expression. Through the teacher's introduction and sharing, we can learn some effective paths and operations. I believe that as long as the later exercises keep up, there will be gains. Professor Wu Xin's experiential lecture "Effective Teaching Design of Junior Middle School English" belongs to the "practice" course, with high theoretical level and more practical significance. From a problematic lesson, after repeated polishing, a high standard lesson is formed. Experience period is not only the improvement of lesson analysis ability, but also the change of education and teaching concept. Professor Orfila's lithe posture and young mind are influenced by "no class left", which has a different influence on us. So, I am thinking: Besides oral instruction in class, what "intangible education" can we give our children?

The "Creating Situational Reading Teaching" shared by Teacher Yang Aijiao is explained by "theory+lesson", which makes the original teaching knowledge more perfect, confirms the effectiveness of the existing experience, and has a kind of comfort and confidence that great minds think alike. In particular, the focus of skimming and scanning is different, and we have a clearer understanding of the future teaching design. Zhao Pan's self-introduction of "problem judgment" makes us feel refreshed, because we often go out to share. This way can really activate the cognitive cortex of participating teachers, enter the classroom as quickly as possible, or act on the classroom, and the stimulating effect on students is the same. Using Skell software in vocabulary teaching will avoid the limitations of textbooks and expand the channels of obtaining teaching resources.

I really sigh that I can have the opportunity to listen to Wang Xiaohui's tall, grounded class. Some things can be written, and some things will be remembered forever, inspiring us to carry out our education and teaching with the same passion! After listening to the teacher's class for a day, I specially wrote an article entitled "Being a Dry Teacher" to express my determination to learn from Mr. Wang.
