The method is a reasonable diet plus reasonable exercise. Dieting to lose weight 1, ensuring nutrition 2, proper taste 3, low calorie 4, and being full. I just don't have a universal diet that suits my physical and economic conditions. Eating habits are feasible and ultimately effective.
