1, foot bath principle
(1) Patients with hypertension, hyperglycemia and heart disease can only soak but not smoke (referring to three kinds of people);
(2) The water temperature is between 38℃ and 40℃;
(3) The time is about 25 minutes. Sit still after foot bath 10 minutes to avoid dizziness and fall, remember!
(4) It is forbidden to soak feet after drinking.
(5) Soaking feet is a process of warming meridians and dispelling cold, so you can't eat cold food and drink before and after soaking feet, and you can't be hurt by wind or air conditioning within 2 hours after soaking feet.
2. "Six kinds of people" are not suitable for this product:
(1) patients with heart bypass or stent;
(2) critically ill patients and advanced cancer;
(3) Pregnant women and menstruating women;
(4) Internal and external bleeding;
(5) Those who have steel plates in their bodies can soak their feet under the guidance of professionals after half a year;
(6) Children under 8 years old are not suitable for foot bathing. Old people over 80 need to be accompanied by their families to prevent accidents.
3, foot bath points:
1, do not soak your feet on an empty stomach. Because of sitting and soaking feet, soaking feet with Tibetan medicine is an internal circulation exercise, which is equivalent to jogging for five kilometers. If you soak your feet on an empty stomach, some people with poor health and low blood sugar will feel dizzy and collapse.
2. Be sure to replenish water. Must be warm water, 3? 4 cups, avoid drinking cold water.
You can't soak your feet immediately after meals. Soak again about an hour after dinner. If you soak your feet immediately after a meal, you will vomit, which will burden the gastrointestinal tract.
4. Temperature, age and time. Do not soak your feet more than ten o'clock at night, and the water temperature should not be too hot. Especially the elderly over 60 years old, soak too late, the water temperature is not well controlled, and they will be excited at night, causing insomnia. In winter, due to the large temperature difference between indoor and outdoor, especially patients with hypertension and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, it is forbidden to soak their feet with hot water with a temperature exceeding 40℃ immediately after entering the room from the outdoor, and it is forbidden to soak their feet for more than 30 minutes. Instead, soak your feet with slightly hot water step by step to prevent accidents such as fainting due to sudden cooling and sudden heating.
5. Add auxiliary materials. If you are cold and wet, or have friends with rheumatic osteopathy, it is better to add white wine and yellow wine to the water when soaking your feet. But friends with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, especially those with high blood pressure, can't add alcohol. If alcohol is added, blood pressure will rise temporarily and patients will be worried. Add vinegar to soften blood vessels and keep blood pressure down!
