When boxers (trainees) first come into contact with the training of batters and foot targets, they start with hitting fixed targets. The so-called hitting and fixing the target position means that boxers always stand in the same place and don't slide (move) in any direction in the process of hitting the target, while sparring partners hold the target with one hand or one foot and stand where they can hit the target position and make the target (display the target position). In order to train the basic technical movements of boxers. For example, in training, there is a forehand straight fist to hit a fixed target, so the target presented by sparring must ensure that the boxer can just hit the target when standing in the same place. Ensure that the forehand straight fist played by the boxer in the process of hitting the target is consistent with the correct and standardized forehand straight fist, and will not be deformed when hitting because of the improper position of the target.
Hitting a fixed target is a very important basic training. It is a compulsory course for beginners to help boxers form basic movements. At the same time, for middle-level and high-level boxers, the training of fixed goals can continuously consolidate the stereotype of technical action that they have formed. Because of the fixed distance, the boxer is not disturbed by other factors when hitting the target, which is conducive to the high concentration of the boxer's spirit and the finalization of the hitting action. When training the rhythm of hitting the ball, it is required to raise your hand and attack flexibly. The frequency of attack can be controlled by sparring passwords and raising the frequency of the target.
It should be noted that the frequency of lifting the target is not easy to be too fast, which is conducive to the boxer to establish a good sense of muscle. In combat confrontation, when defensive counter-attack tactics are used, the attacking distance of the opponent is mainly analyzed according to the length of the opponent's arm, leg and one's own limb, and the distance difference and opportunity between the enemy and ourselves are used to turn it into an active attack. The training of hitting fixed targets is to cultivate the boxer's sense of distance, so that the boxer can accurately control the distance from his opponent and judge the attack opportunity more accurately.
When sparring (showing the target position), sparring requires the target position to be accurate, stable and clear, not too fast. The height and position of the target position should conform to the boxer's attack route under normal circumstances, and should not be too high or too low to damage the boxer's hitting action. Boxers should attack accurately, hit the center of the target surface with the strength of the attacking limb, and experience the feeling of physical strength when hitting, as well as the feeling of coordination between action and strength, so as to keep the balance of the center of gravity of the body.
In the process of hitting the target with fixed hands and feet, the most common mistake is that when the boxer hits the target, the sparring partner will face the target and let the boxer hit it, which will destroy the practitioner's sense of hitting distance and the ability to accurately judge distance. When lifting the target, sparring partners can firmly hold the armpit on the side holding the target, and tightly buckle the wrist of the hand lifting the target with the other hand, so that the target position can be fixed as much as possible, which is beneficial to the stability of the target position.
Hit a moving target
After the practice of fixing the target position is proficient, when shooting the target again at this time, the accompanying practitioners can constantly change the target position and target distance when lifting the target. In the process of hitting the target, the practitioner should use footwork to adjust and control the positions of both sides, accurately judge the target distance, decisively attack and hit the center of the target position. We call this practice of hitting the target hitting the moving target. That is, in the process of hitting the target, sparring partners always keep the target in a moving state and drive the practitioners to move their bodies, thus improving the boxer's ability to hit the moving target. For example, forehand straight fist moves the target position, and sparring constantly changes the target position, while practitioners use footwork to adjust their distance and position from the target position, always pay attention to the opportunity, and accurately hit the center point of the target position with a standardized, correct and flexible forehand straight fist.
In the practice of attacking moving targets, sparring partners train boxers' footwork and attack techniques, as well as the coordination ability between posture and attack techniques through their own bodies, the speed and direction of moving targets, the opportunity to raise targets. Through a lot of training in hitting and moving targets, the boxer's ability to change his center of gravity can be greatly improved, and his attack and footwork can be changed freely. When sparring, the sparring partner should grasp the rhythm, slow first and then fast, and combine speed with speed, so as to change the rhythm of the boxer when hitting the target position, and let the boxer fully understand the change of the force sequence and center of gravity when hitting. At the same time, when moving the target, sparring partners should raise the target according to different hitting actions and different tactical consciousness. For example, when practicing side kick and hitting a moving target, the sparring partner should move the target back and forth; For example, when practicing boxing, you can move left and right to target the venue. In other words, the movement of the target position should be consistent with the player's hitting action in the moving route and direction.
In the training of moving targets, boxers are required to return to the basic posture after various footwork movements. When you hit the ball while moving, you should know the order of the strength of the ball while moving. Don't pull your hand away and put it down when doing all kinds of hitting actions, and always have a sense of defense.
The common mistake in moving target training is that sparring breaks the rhythm of lifting the target in the process of shooting. Because the moving target is moving, the boxer's body center of gravity is constantly shifting and changing during the movement, which serves to launch a blow at any time. There is a time difference in the adjustment of the center of gravity, so don't raise the target at will in sparring and destroy the hitting rhythm. Secondly, the position of the target must be stable when it hits the frontier target while moving.
Compared with attacking fixed targets, the difficulty of attacking moving targets is obviously improved. It requires the accompanying practitioners to constantly improve and hide the target position (also known as the meaning of withdrawing the target), approach and distance, left and right, up and down, and constantly change the target position and distance according to the technical action of hitting the target position. Practitioners keep the basic offensive and defensive posture (preparatory posture) of fighting, flexibly adjust their footwork and posture with the change of target position and target distance, and accurately hit the center of target position. This can improve the attack and defense characteristics of many fighting skills such as hitting speed, reaction speed, hitting accuracy and sense of distance.
Hit the actual target
Whether in the practice of fixing the target position or in the practice of moving the target position, the practitioner can only use a single technique to practice shooting in each group of exercises. That is to say, when hitting a fixed target or a moving target, either a forehand straight fist target or a backhand straight fist target is used in each group of practice, and two or more technical moves cannot be used at the same time in a group of target practice (that is, several offensive techniques cannot be confused in a group of target practice). However, as we all know, it is difficult to succeed in fighting competition by using only one attack and defense technology. Therefore, it is necessary to design a shooting practice close to actual combat, so that boxers can apply the technical moves they have learned on weekdays. This is the practice of hitting the actual target to be introduced next.
The highest difficulty of target practice is to practice the actual target position. That is, boxers and sparring partners carry out similar actual combat exercises, except that boxers change from hitting the body of sparring partners to hitting the targets in their hands. What kind of target the sparring partner raises, the boxer will hit the attack method corresponding to the raised target. When the sparring partner takes a step forward, the boxer takes a step back; When the sparring partner takes a step back, the boxer moves forward; When the sparring partner moves left or right, the boxer will move in the direction of sparring partner. When the sparring partner moves to raise the target, the boxer moves to the sparring partner and attacks the target position. Boxers should move back and forth quickly from left to right, be good at guessing and constantly ponder what targets sparring partners will raise to improve their thinking ability.
In the specific actual combat target training, sparring partners should conduct target training with boxers according to various actual combat routines arranged by coaches or boxers, requiring sparring partners and boxers to enter the actual combat state, and carry out attack and defense conversion according to actual combat routines. The design of actual combat targets is mainly aimed at improving the boxer's offensive, defensive and offensive-defensive conversion capabilities. Sparring partners can carry out actual combat target training with boxers according to various actual combat attack and defense routines arranged in advance. The sparring partner can also try to suddenly withdraw from the attack range of the fighter, adjust the attack distance between raising his hand and the attack target angle of the fighter, and improve the actual combat skills of the fighter.
In the actual shooting practice, sparring partners should always pay attention to the correctness of the attack and defense posture of fighters. When the fighter's offensive and defensive posture is out of shape, the sparring partner will hit his defensive gap with his bare hands or feet. In addition, sparring fights back from time to time when the boxer hits the target, which is very fast and fully reflects the atmosphere in actual combat confrontation. The counter-attack action of sparring partners must be complete and realistic. For example, some sparring partners do not hit the boxer's physical target, but turn around the target, failing to force the boxer to make a complete defensive action, which will deform the boxer's posture over time. The counter-attack action of sparring partner is deformed. The counter-attack action of sparring partners should be made suddenly from time to time according to the situation on the spot without notifying the boxer in advance. This can improve the boxer's ability of attack and defense conversion and meet the needs of actual combat.
The practice of hitting the real target should have a practical atmosphere. The sparring partner should imagine himself as a fighting opponent, not just staring at the sparring target, so as to achieve the effect close to actual combat. The routine of improving goals should also be diversified, just like the ever-changing situation in actual combat. The routine of not improving goals is rigid and single. The position of the target must be accurate and there can be no deviation. The figure of the sparring partner is as close as possible to the opponent, so that you can perceive the hitting position. Once boxers and sparring partners have adapted to a set of routine movements, they can carry out more complex routine exercises. It is best for sparring partners to have rich experience in holding the target, and pay attention to some details in training to make the practice more effective and interesting.
The amount of training to hit the actual target is as close as possible to the actual sports load needed in the competition. The practice time is 3 minutes per round, that is, the shooting time of each group is 3 minutes, the rest time between rounds (groups) is 1 minute, and the last 20 minutes of each round (group). For 30 seconds, the sparring partner keeps moving, showing the target position, and the boxer should work hard. Only in this way can he develop the physical strength and practical skills needed for actual combat confrontation.
Fixed target, moving target and actual target are three common and main shooting methods, and several effective training methods are summarized in fighting sports. These three training methods should be gradual, and we should not rush for success. On the basis of the former training method, train the next one.
