The best way to lose weight is to do yoga. I practiced for two months in the summer vacation and lost several pounds. You can study and do it on the computer.
Have a light breakfast. Eat better at noon. Try to eat as little as possible for dinner.
Better eat less. Drink more yogurt when you are free. I drank too much yogurt.
Anyway, I'm pretty thin now.
