I'm growing, but I want to lose weight.
This is very simple. I miss you very much. I have 157 and 1 18KG.

But when I was the thinnest, I was only 98KG. I have never cut down on meals, and occasionally eat snacks and supper, but I just want to keep exercising and find more things to do, that is, use my brain or sweat. I spent a whole year (going to college) taking nine subjects, becoming a minister of the two sessions and a network reporter. So I ride my bike to and from the classroom, club meeting place, interview site and dormitory every day. After class, I am busy with the association, or I go for an interview. I study by myself until about 10 pm and go back to the dormitory. I ride my bike for at least two hours every day, and then I find that I have lost weight miraculously. Of course, the purpose of doing so many things is not to lose weight. But the result tells me that because I consumed a lot of energy during that time, I ate more and lost weight as a result, so the only way to lose weight healthily is to exercise more and not sit still all day, such as watching TV and computer for a long time.
