I am a junior, and I went to the gym for a while when I was a freshman.
I didn't exercise by myself. Under the guidance of my boss, I just got a fitness card and invited a personal trainer directly.
First of all, it must be clear that private education is really effective.
First, the personal trainer really knows the correct fitness method.
After all, fitness instructors in regular gyms also have to take the qualification examination, so it is undeniable that they do have some professional knowledge and know many methods that are much more effective and scientific than running foolishly. It's much more effective than practicing in the gym.
But in a sense, it is also replaceable.
Later, I also checked the fitness-related knowledge online and found that there is a lot of fitness knowledge online. Although there are few places that systematically introduce how to exercise, there are some more formal websites that specifically introduce the methods of exercise.
These are not much different from those taught by fitness instructors. As long as you can surf the Internet, this knowledge is not difficult.
The second function of private education is to correct your mistakes and urge you to persist.
In fact, there are many movements and postures in fitness. Although we can't find them ourselves, we do have many small mistakes.
Is it "jumping the grid" with your hands flat (well, I have never heard the coach call this exercise. ), whether your feet are shoulder width or not, many times you can't find this kind of thing yourself.
These wrong movements will affect the fitness effect and lead to muscle strain, so a supervisor is needed.
But then again, the supervisor doesn't have to teach you privately. You can ask your classmate, gay friends, your best friend who works out with you to correct you. It is not difficult to follow the script as long as you show your friends the video of the correct action on the Internet.
So private education is not necessarily necessary, but if you want to save trouble, it is no problem to hire a private education.
