2 green peppers

(Note: 1 spoon is about 15g, and 1 teaspoon is about 5g. )
Tips, tips
1. Stir-fry chicken breast and green pepper with high fire. Don't stir-fry for too long, otherwise it will get old and affect the taste!
Practice steps
1. Dice chicken breast
2. Marinate the cut chicken breast with cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper for 15 minutes.
3. Cut the green pepper into rhombic pieces, chop the garlic and cut the onion into chopped green onion.
4. Pour oil into the pot and saute minced garlic and chopped green onion.
5. Put the marinated chicken breast into the pot and stir-fry until it changes color.
6. Pour in soy sauce and mix well.
7. Add green pepper and stir fry, then add water and starch to thicken, add salt and stir fry evenly.
