Section 1: Pat your head.

Acupoint: Baihui point (the tips of both ears are straight up and the head is in the middle)

Gesture: Hands straight, palms down, palms falling naturally, using wrist force, arms slapping the top of the head naturally, hands slapping alternately.

Function: Baihui point on the head is the gathering place of baimai, and the acupuncture points on the head are very rich. Beating the head can make the vibration deeply transmitted and spread to the whole brain, promote the blood circulation of the brain, regulate the blood flow and improve the nutritional supply of the brain. Has the effects of refreshing mind and relieving fatigue. Can be used for preventing and improving headache, dizziness, tinnitus, deafness, decreased vision, insomnia, amnesia, facial paralysis, hypertension, stroke hemiplegia, cerebral palsy, alopecia, and common cold.

Section 2: Hit Dazhui and pubic bone.

Acupoints: Dazhui (the depression under the spinous process of the seventh cervical vertebra) and pubic bone (the two fingers above the pubic bone).

Gesture: the palm of one hand is wrapped around the back of the other hand, the two thumbs are gently closed, and the hands form a fist on the horizontal plane. Swing naturally with your arms. If you can't reach Dazhui point, you can bend it a little.

Function: Dazhui point is the crossroads of human body, which plays a connecting role. Blockage of Dazhui point leads to qi and blood failing to reach the head, which can cause dizziness, headache, insomnia, forgetfulness, scapulohumeral periarthritis, numbness of hands and so on. Tapping Dazhui can prevent and improve symptoms such as cough, convulsion, sore throat, cervical pain, dizziness and cold.

Tapping the pubic bone can prevent and improve uterine prolapse, prostatitis, prostatic hyperplasia and prostatic hypertrophy.

A literary friend caught a cold. I suggested that she pat her lungs. Information feedback is effective. So I sent the text version here. There is something you like to see. There is a video, but I can't send it. )
