2. Too many mobile phone background programs may cause your machine to run slowly and get stuck. It is recommended to close some background programs.
3. Some machines support intelligent manager or memory manager, so it is recommended to manually close the automatically running application through this function.
4. If the above situation only occurs in individual applications, it is recommended that you update the application or uninstall and delete before trying to reinstall other versions;
5. Check whether the memory of the mobile phone is insufficient, and suggest uninstalling and deleting some unused programs or files;
6. Check whether the mobile phone has a system push notification, and if so, update the mobile phone to the latest system version.
7. If it is invalid, back up the data (contacts, information, photos, etc. ) and try to restore the factory settings.
If the problem still exists, please take the purchase invoice, maintenance card and machine to Samsung Service Center for inspection.
