How to blur the background of video editing character video?

1. First, start the smart phone and import a video clip with a blurred background.

2. Select the video, click the three points on the left, and select the command to copy as a layer.

3. Execute the layer effect command, and then select the first effect.

4. Then adjust the blur track length to be as long as other video tracks.

5. Use two fingers to enlarge the screen and adjust it to the same size as the original screen.

6. Select the fuzzy track, click the three points on the left, select the bottom layer, and export the video to share.
