On the other hand, the students in Class 7 are more active and the class atmosphere is positive, but most of them are ordinary students, and there are relatively few top students. So I talked too deeply and didn't take care of the whole, while the students in Class 8 were quiet and less motivated to learn. Although the proportion of outstanding students is large, the middle and lower levels are also very wide. I didn't notice this when preparing lessons, so the teaching effect was not ideal. It can be seen that understanding and analyzing the actual situation of students, seeking truth from facts, analyzing specific problems and teaching students in accordance with their aptitude have a direct impact on the teaching effect. Preparing lessons can fully arouse students' enthusiasm and the classroom effect is good. But at the same time, we should also have the ability to control the classroom, because every move of students in the classroom will directly affect the classroom teaching. Therefore, we must try our best to let students participate in the classroom and not distract them. This is very particular about methods. The classroom content is rich and realistic. Natural teaching, vivid lectures, moderate difficulty and all aspects will naturally attract students. Therefore, teachers should have enough spirit every day to let students feel a natural atmosphere. This teaching will get twice the result with half the effort. Looking back at my own teaching, I feel a little guilty, because sometimes I can't do it well. English is a foreign language, which is both strange and difficult for students. Due to the special situation of English, students will be divided into good students and bad students in continuous learning, which will seriously affect the learning atmosphere of the class. The first category is students who have the ability to improve but are usually lazy. To this end, in the morning reading, I insist on getting off work to understand the morning reading situation and correct the problems in time. After class, students' homework problems are found to be solved in time and explained clearly in time, so that students can digest them immediately. Mid-term and final exams are to examine each student's academic performance this semester, which should be paid attention to. Review systematically before the exam and summarize the questions after the exam. As can be seen from the mid-term exam, the average level of the two classes is similar, and there are more poor students in Class 8. Therefore, in the period after the mid-term exam, I mainly concentrated on tutoring the poor students in Class Two, especially Class Eight, in order to shorten the gap. At present, the school has more than 100 computers, almost all of which are brand-name machines. The main faults are: hardware fault, system fault, network fault, software fault, etc. Many machines are used for a long time, which leads to the hardware aging too fast, or there are a lot of junk files in the system, and some system files are damaged, which leads to the system crashing and reloading. In addition, there are also some network failures and circuit problems. Due to the production needs of printers, excessive use of printers will inevitably cause hardware damage and shorten the life of printers. In addition, there is no written management system for computer management, and the configuration of machines is chaotic, so we have made a detailed configuration registration for all computers in the school, put the responsibility of each machine on people, rearranged the lines and configured the network topology diagram. Monitoring has been arranged since the new school started. In recent years, I have invested a lot of manpower and material resources in the network management room. However, due to the aging of the monitoring circuit environment, the replacement is extremely complicated and inconvenient, which leads to the imperfection of the school monitoring system.
