People often say that "a perfect personality needs a healthy body". There is also a famous saying since ancient times: "Life lies in exercise, and health lies in fitness", which means that each of us should live and exercise endlessly. Today, I want to talk about some of my feelings about exercise and fitness, and share them with you.
I started to exercise on 20 15, and this year is the seventh year. Simply put, it's a brisk walk for an hour every morning. The idea at that time was very simple. I was too fat because of overnutrition. I wanted to lose excess fat on my stomach through exercise, so I started walking. Because of years of habits, my body was too lazy, and my initial activities still felt quite relaxed. I get up early every morning, put on my sports clothes and start walking and exercising, but after more than 20 days, all parts of my body are uncomfortable, and every joint of my body doesn't hurt every morning. However, I still walked past with a strong will, perhaps because I was afraid that others would say that I was an ambitious person. Anyway, I persisted. For three months, I couldn't lie down every morning, so I had to get up and exercise at that time, so I accidentally didn't go to exercise one day, just like a day was incomplete. Gradually, the body fat really gradually decreased, much more relaxed. Because the original purpose has been achieved, I am also very pleased, so I have been insisting. As for the benefits of exercise to fitness, I have never discussed it in a deeper level. It was not until my bureau launched the "reading fitness activities" that I began to discuss the benefits that fitness exercises can bring to myself. I looked up a lot of information about sports and fitness. And read a book written by Professor Hong Zhaoguang, a well-known chief health expert in China, mainly asking us how to do it scientifically and reasonably in our daily life from four aspects, so as to achieve the purpose of keeping fit and improving the quality of life. To sum up, it can be summed up in sixteen words, that is, "moderate exercise, reasonable diet, smoking cessation and alcohol restriction, and psychological balance." He puts exercise first, which shows the importance of exercise to a person.
My understanding movement can be roughly summarized as the following benefits:
1, relieve worries and rejuvenate. The best way to eliminate anxiety is to exercise. When you are upset, use more muscles and less brains, and the result will surprise you. No one can do strenuous exercise in the gym or climb mountains, and still be upset about what just happened. No matter who you are, exercise can lift your spirits. The healthier a person is, including mental health, the stronger his ability to resist diseases and work and family pressures.
2, slimming and bodybuilding As we all know, obesity is often inseparable from high blood pressure and diabetes. According to relevant data, walking at an agile and lively pace for one hour every day can reduce the probability of diabetes and hypertension by half.
3. It can change self-image, provide abilities in all aspects, resist anxiety and depression, and increase enthusiasm and pleasure. Improving the ability to fall asleep and improving the quality of sleep can delay and prevent the occurrence of other diseases such as chronic diseases. I strongly urge us to get up and act. You can do aerobic exercise such as walking, jogging, playing Tai Ji Chuan, swimming, playing table tennis and dancing. These exercises can effectively consume excess fat in our body, and more importantly, they can prevent various diseases in advance. Many people around us lost their quality of life because of illness at a young age, and even died young. So many vivid examples inspire us all.
I deeply feel that career is a gem on the journey of life. If health is the base of this gem, it will be dazzling and radiant.
I am secretly glad that I got on the bus of exercise and fitness. I am satisfied with the results of many years of physical examination. The common diseases of middle-aged people have disappeared from me, and I know that it is the result of my years of exercise and fitness. Looking back carefully now, our leaders often earnestly and repeatedly advocate Tai Ji Chuan, aerobics, table tennis and so on. Many of us don't take it to heart.
