1. Log in to edit. On the phone desktop, click Cut and log in. 2. Open the clip. Select "Clip" in the bottom toolbar to enter the main interface. 3. Start writing. At the top of the clip module, click Create Now. 4. Import the video. Select the "Photos and Videos" tab, click "Videos" to open the video list, select the video to edit, and click "Add" in the lower right corner. 5. Click on the special effects. Click "Special Effects" in the toolbar at the bottom to open the tab. 6. Select picture special effects. In the bottom tab that opens, select the picture effect. 7. Choose special effects. Click the "Variation" tab to open the list of special effects, select the "Deformation" special effect, and click "√" in the upper right corner of the list. 8. Set special effects. Click the added special effect, stretch (compress) both ends of the special effect track, and set the special effect duration; Click "Target" to set the range of special effects; Click "Export" to save or publish the set video.
