1 Breakfast must be: an egg+a small amount of pasta+soybean milk (recommended soybean milk) or milk. You can also eat some vegetable bags.

Choose food at noon according to the amount of mental and physical consumption in a day. Generally, you only eat a small amount of food+some light vegetables+a small amount of meat (shrimp or fish or chicken) or just some fruit.

Dinner is about the same as noon: a little whole grains or corn porridge+some light vegetables (eat some fruit after dinner)

Avoid eating all snacks and things high in sugar, fat and oil during weight loss.

Try to eat as many vegetables as possible during weight loss. Although you can eat more fruits, you'd better not eat them, because the sugar is too high. . .

If you can, you can do some nourishing exercises that can sweat.

I provide some things that I often eat when I lose weight: whole wheat bread, corn, rice (a small amount of 1 2 Liang each time), eggs, duck eggs, soybean milk, milk (a small amount), tomatoes, cucumbers, wax gourd, kelp, fish, shrimp and chicken (a small amount), and all vegetables.
