Yes, a person who applies for a motor vehicle driver's license according to Article 11 of the Provisions on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driver's License shall meet the following conditions:

(1) Age condition:

1. Those who apply for the quasi-driving model of small cars, small automatic cars, small automatic passenger cars for the disabled and mopeds are over 18 years old and under 70 years old;
