From —— Lin Yuling by the poet Nalan Xingde in Qing Dynasty.
Original: I wanted to get up and leave the world of mortals, but my shadow fell into the world. Looking back for a thousand years and smiling, I only blame the people in Xiangu's paintings.
When he saw through the world of mortals and wanted to get rid of everything in the world, he found that he was not completely free, but drooled over the beauty in the painting, hoping to wait for a thousand years and win a smile. In reality, he met a very similar person, eager to hope that this person is the person in the painting, so that he can wait for a thousand years of suffering!

The Rain Bell by Nalan Xingde was written in the 15th year of Kangxi (1676).
In the 13th year of Kangxi (1674), Nalan married Lu, the daughter of Guangdong Governor Lu Xingzu. In the sixteenth year of Kangxi (1677), Lu died in childbirth, and Nalan's mourning broke out, which became the highest peak in the poem "Thinking about the Source of Drinking Water". Future generations can't surpass it, not even himself.
At the age of 24, Nalan Xingde compiled these poems into "The Collection of Side Hats" and "Drinking Words". Later generations supplemented and supplemented the two episodes, with a total of 349 songs, forming Nalan Ci. Nalan Ci handed down from ancient times enjoyed a high reputation in the society at that time and was highly praised by scholars.
Nalan Xingde's marriage and love "is a handsome man, which refers to all sentient beings in the world", which is not unusual among Jiangnan literati such as Gu Zhenguan, Yan, Zhu Yizun and Jiang.
Nalan Xingde is sincere to his friends, not only fighting for his own wealth, but also respecting his friends' character and talents. At that time, he was surrounded by celebrities who wanted to make a fortune, which made his Land Rover Pavilion (now the former residence of Soong Ching Ling) famous for gathering so many scholars from Kangxi Palace.
