Lily and red bean porridge
Composition:
Red beans, rice, rock sugar, lily, water.
Exercise:
1, red beans washed and soaked 10 hour (soaked the night before). Lily soaked in warm water.
2. Wash the rice and put it in a rice cooker, add it with red beans and lilies, add water for 40 minutes, and add rock sugar to dissolve.
Yam and red bean porridge
Composition:
50g of coix seed, 50g of red beans, dried yam 100g, and crystal sugar 10g.
Exercise:
1. Wash yam, peel it and cut it into dices.
2. Wash Coicis Semen, Poria cocos and red beans and soak them in cold water for 2-3 hours.
3. Drain the water after taking out; Add an appropriate amount of cold water to the pot, and add the diced yam, coix seed and poria cocos together.
4. Cook until cooked, and take it out for later use; Add about 600 ml of cold water to the pot, add red beans, boil over high fire, and then cook over low heat for half an hour; Add the cooked diced Chinese yam, Coicis Semen and Poria, then bring to a boil with high fire and cook with low fire for about 15 minutes.
5. Put the rock sugar into the porridge, stir it evenly, and then simmer for 10 minutes, then serve.
Peanut, purple rice and red bean porridge
Composition:
Peanut, purple rice, red beans, yam, the right amount.
Exercise:
1, peanuts, purple rice and red beans are soaked for half a day in advance; Chinese yam peeled and cut into pieces.
2. Sit in a pot of water. After the water is boiled, pour all the ingredients into the pot, stir-fry for several times, and then turn to low heat and cook slowly.
3, beans and yam will be cooked almost the same, and will be stirred several times in the middle, which will make the soup more chaotic; I prefer something thicker. Cooking usually takes 40 minutes. You can add some brown sugar if you like sweet.
