Smell: Good-quality mushrooms should be pure in flavor, naturally odorless and comfortable to smell. However, some mushrooms on the market smell sour and have obvious pesticide smell, so the quality of these mushrooms is generally not up to standard, and most of them are deteriorated or have more chemical components, which will be harmful to human body. Never choose them when you buy them.
Look at the appearance: Generally speaking, the mushrooms on it are relatively large, the patterns on it are relatively natural, there are no traces of insect bites on the surface, there are few impurities, the mushroom umbrella is thick and the cover is smooth. Inferior ones are generally not very big, sometimes there are signs that insects have bitten the surface, there are relatively many impurities, and the surface sometimes shrinks.
Color: Generally, no pesticides, fertilizers and hormones are added in the production process of top-grade mushrooms, and most of them are purely processed and carefully selected, which can generally meet the standards of organic food. As far as the surface color is concerned, most of them are natural, not too white or too yellow, and some merchants in the market use cheaper mushrooms instead of mushrooms. Most of these products are poor in texture, dull in color, and some have wrinkles on their surfaces.
Look at the meat quality: don't forget to look at the meat quality when choosing a flower girl. We can break the flower girl apart and examine it carefully. Generally, high-quality flower girls are hemispherical, with large curled edges and heart-shaped white cracks, which are top grades. The meat is thick, but soft, with white and yellowish fine lines, while some poor quality flower girls are thin and hard.
High-quality mushroom usually has clean roots, which is convenient to eat, completely dehydrated, good dryness, water content of about 13%, and well-preserved nutrients. Some poor-quality flower mushrooms mostly keep their roots and dry in the sun, and the water content is about 10~ 1 1%.
Mushrooms can be eaten by ordinary people, especially patients with hypertension, hyperlipidemia, gallstones, anemia and skin inflammation.
