Yaozhu 12 tablets, salt 10g, cooking wine 10g, ginger 10g, and onion 10g.
working methods
1. First, put pork bones, spine and ginger into a wok and fry them dry.
2. Add cooking wine, onion and water;
3. After boiling, remove the foam on the water surface;
