1. Open the picture to be stamped in ps software.

2. press Ctrl+J to copy the background layer.

3. Select the copied layer, switch to the channel, and carry out matting through the green channel.

4. Select "Magic wand tool" in the left toolbar.

5. Select the part to be deleted in the seal picture and press the delete key to delete it.

6. Restore the channel of the replication layer.

7. Press Ctrl+D to cancel the selection and complete the matting operation.

8. Set the size as needed to create a new white canvas.

9. Select the title, click the right mouse button and select "Move to a new window".

10. Select "Move Tool" in the left toolbar and drag the seal onto the white canvas to finish the operation.
