Can ginger burn body fat?
Ginger, or ginger, is the root of a plant, which is native to China and India. Dr Linda White, the author of Materia Medica Pharmacy, said that eating ginger can improve the metabolism of human body and help fat burning. Although the external treatment of ginger has little effect, it helps to reduce subcutaneous fat. Valerie Ann Warwood, author of Essential Oil and Aromatherapy, suggested that mixing ginger essential oil with other essential oils for night massage and bathing can promote weight loss.

Step 1 Pour 2 tablespoons (20 ml) of base oil into a ceramic dish. Add 10 drop of carrot seed oil. Stir and mix the two oils.

Step 2: Add 15 drops of ginger essential oil, 10 drops of lemon and 5 drops of cypress essential oil. Then add 5 drops of juniper essential oil and mix thoroughly.

Apply massage oil to your problem area.

Step 4: Take a hot bath. Add 15 drops of ginger, 10 drops of lemon, 5 drops of cypress and 5 drops of juniper essential oil into the water.

Soak for at least 20 minutes and massage the problem area. Add warm water as needed.

Pat yourself dry with a thick towel. Repeat this therapy every night for 30 days.

Tips and warnings

If you don't want to take a bath every night, you can change it to once a week, but you must massage the problem area with essential oil every night. Essential oils can irritate the skin, so base oils must be mixed or diluted before use. Avoid contact of essential oil with eyes.

The following is what needs to be prepared:

Ceramic disc

2 tbsp (10 ml) base oil.

10 drop of carrot seed oil

30 drops of ginger essential oil

20 drops of lemon essential oil

10 drop of cypress essential oil

10 drop of juniper essential oil

Thick towel
