Plato's original materials should be arranged in descending order. The raw data needed to make Plato should include three columns of data: project name, frequency and cumulative percentage.
Plato followed the "28 principle",
That is, 80% of the problems are concentrated in 20% of the projects, and it is enough to concentrate on solving the problems in 20% of the projects.
Sort out the data. Sorts the original data in descending order. Select the cell where the frequency is located. Click the start option for the number of unwashed hands, click Sort and Filter in the edit column, and then click Descending.
Calculate the percentage and cumulative percentage Use the function to calculate the total frequency "=sum(C4:C 1 1)", click Enter to calculate the percentage "=C3/$C$ 12", use the calculation formula, select the data in the "Percentage" column, right-click and click "Cell Format".
Use the function to calculate the cumulative percentage "=sum($D$3:D3)". Insert histogram Select two columns of data, namely hand hygiene time and hand washing times, click Insert option, select histogram, and then click Cluster histogram.
Select a column chart in the chart, click "Right-click" and click "Format Data Series" to set the classification interval in the series options to "0".
Add cumulative percentage data selection chart, right-click it, and then click Select Data. In the pop-up dialog box for selecting data source, click Add in the legend item. In the dialog box for editing data series,
Set the series name to the cell corresponding to the cumulative percentage, set the series value to the cell in the column with the cumulative percentage (remember that 0% is included here), and then click OK.
Select the histogram corresponding to the cumulative percentage, right-click, click Change Series Chart Type, select Combination Chart, set the cumulative percentage as a line chart and set it on the secondary axis.
Set the starting position of the line chart Select the chart made in step 4, and click Add Chart Element-Axis-Secondary Axis in the design options.
Select the minor axis, and in the Axis Format dialog box, the axis position is set to be on the scale line. Set the text padding of the short axis to "No padding".
Adjust the maximum and minimum values of the coordinate axis. Select "Principal Axis" and set the maximum value as "Total Frequency" and the minimum value as "0" in the coordinate axis options. Select "short vertical axis" and set its maximum value to "100%" and minimum value to "0".
