I made a series of weight loss plans for myself:
In the morning, a cup of light soya-bean milk, an egg without yolk (to supplement protein, so protein's supplement is particularly important because it doesn't eat meat), a bowl of boiled vegetables (to supplement cellulose to ensure detoxification) and a steamed bread (to provide energy).
A small bowl of rice at noon, plus some vegetables with little oil.
In the evening, an apple (or other fruits can be supplemented with vitamins, of course, if you are not particularly fat, you can increase the amount of fruit) and a glass of pure milk (protein can be supplemented to ensure sleep at night).
Running home at noon every day saves time, money and weight.
Do 50 sit-ups every night (I got full marks in the physical education exam later, but I couldn't do 20 before) and jump rope for ten minutes.
