Banana or apple, which is better for losing weight, apple or banana?
I think it is an apple. I once tried to eat only one apple for dinner every day, and I really lost weight quickly. Bananas just slide the intestines, help digestion and promote defecation, but they still need exercise to maintain consumption. Don't think that eating fruit won't make you fat, but eating too much will make you thin. I wish you a good figure and a healthy body forever.
