The fourth is-carefree, thoughtless, never willing to think hard and explore the truth of life;

It is these five reasons that lead to obesity. 」
The king felt quite right and said with shame, "I am such a person." 」
As a king, his chef is busy with his meals all day, eating from morning till night, even when he is entertaining, watching ladies dancing and listening to music, or eating constantly; Nothing is sleeping; Moreover, he is arrogant and used to swearing loudly; Although he has converted to Buddhism, he has never thought about life and death, let alone state affairs, so he has nothing to worry about; If you have nothing to do, enjoy the whole day. His appetite has been decreasing, and the number of meals has been decreasing; Sleep time is also shortened, try to think about life and death in your heart with the teachings of Buddhism; And develop the habit of exercise; Always care about the things around you, see and understand for yourself.
In this way, he lost weight day by day and became stronger day by day. When he can move freely, he will go to see the Buddha.
