Children should pay attention to the navel not to catch cold, which will cause abdominal pain. Because this is the driving force of life.
Moxibustion navel for children, especially children with bad spleen and stomach, you feel that there is a lot of gurgling sound on the navel, which is not refreshing. There is a layer of skin on the navel and no meat under it. This is a child with a particularly weak spleen. We often keep our navel warm and have moxibustion.

Gongsun
Gongsun was first seen in Huangdi Neijing Lingshu Jing, which is the collateral point of the spleen meridian of Foot Taiyin. Don't go to Yangming. One of the intersections of eight veins, Tongmai. The spleen is the mother of the day after tomorrow, and this point is the point where the spleen meridian is connected with the viscera. Moxibustion at this point has the functions of invigorating spleen and stomach, regulating pulse condition, resolving food stagnation, eliminating dampness and warming yang, and improving deficiency, cold and weakness.
It is the intersection of eight veins and the collateral vein of the spleen meridian of Foot Taiyin. Nowadays, children often eat too much, which leads to stagnation of temper. Moxibustion at Gongsun point 1-2 times a week makes the spleen meridian more full of qi and blood, which has a good effect on nourishing the spleen and stomach, promoting digestion and resolving stagnation.
Especially for those children who don't like eating or children who are prone to abdominal distension and cough after eating, parents can moxibustion or push this acupoint with their hands, and push the heat from toes to heels.
This acupoint has a very good effect on improving children's spleen deficiency and food accumulation.
Moxibustion has advantages. Acupoints don't need to be particularly precise. It is a field of moxibustion itself. As long as you don't leave the meridian, it's called "leaving the point and not leaving the meridian", which will have an effect. Gongsun point is a big point and a very important one.
