1, get up early to write articles and output.

Some people say that getting up early is not for exercise. Run, exercise abdominal muscles, etc. It can be done. I think what can persist in one thing is not the thing itself, but the love for it. I like writing, so I will write in the morning. Some people like running, so they get up early to run. Some people like cooking, so let's cook. This article was written early in the morning and is now released.

2. Recite words on the way to work

Some people like to watch the news while squatting in the toilet in the morning, which is the same as brushing their mobile phones before going to bed. This is a particularly bad habit. They are easily constipated and their legs are numb. However, this time on the way to work can be said to be "golden fragment time", which I usually use to recite words or attend classes. If there is a lot of noise on the way to work, you can choose noise-reducing headphones, but when you remember words, you should pay attention to raising your mobile phone a little higher, otherwise it is easy to have problems with your cervical spine.

3. Meditate after work to restore energy

A whole day's work is like a war. I am very confused and tired, so don't do anything when you are free. Calm down and regain your energy. Find a place where no one will disturb you, such as stairs, roof and small reception room. You don't need any equipment. You can sit cross-legged in a chair. Close your eyes, pay attention to your breathing, and take a deep breath.

4. Get off one stop earlier and walk home.

When I go home by subway, I usually get off one stop in advance and then go back to create a fragmented time for myself to walk 10000 steps. It is uncomfortable to sit in the office all day. Some people's plan is to go downstairs after dinner 10000 steps. Dude, what are you thinking? It's hard to go downstairs when you get home, or you don't want to move on the sofa, or you have everything at home.

5. Go home and hold your baby and enjoy your family.

The time spent with family is not long, but it needs high quality. Now that I have returned to China, I have devoted myself to the interaction with my family, which is actually saving your character. As the father of two children, I deeply realize that being busy all day means that the family can be happy together.

6. Have a chat before going to bed.

Don't lie in bed and play with your mobile phone before going to bed at night. At this time of a busy day, the children are asleep, the boss and customers are asleep, and there is no phone call. The couple can have a good talk. My wife even said that this is the happiest moment of the day.
