Ingredients: black tea (two packs), lemon (one), boiled water (appropriate amount), ice cubes (5 pieces) and mint leaves (2 pieces).
Steps:
1 Take a container, clean it, dry the water and put it in a black tea bag.
Boil the water and pour it into a container to soak the black tea bag.
Soak for about 3 minutes, take out the tea bag and let it cool.
4 Lemon peeled and washed, cut into small triangles (or thin slices).

Ingredients: ribs (one catty), lemon (half catty)
Seasoning: light soy sauce (two spoonfuls), light soy sauce (one spoonful), star anise cinnamon (two), onion (one section), ginger (two pieces), rock sugar (five pieces), fermented milk (appropriate amount) and cooking wine (two spoonfuls).
Kitchenware: casserole, wok.
Steps:
1 Prepare raw materials.
2 ribs blanched.
3 Hot pot, stir-fry with cool oil: 2 pieces of cinnamon star anise and 2 pieces of fragrant leaves each.
4 pour in the ribs and stir fry.
5 cooking wine.
6 Add appropriate amount of soy sauce, color with soy sauce and add water to boil.
7 Add onion ginger and rock sugar. The amount of rock sugar is larger than the usual ribs. A catty of ribs is about 25-30g.
8 Add half a lemon.
