The difference between low-fat cheese and full-fat cheese
The difference between low-fat and full-fat cheese lies in the difference in flavor and color. Low-fat cheese is a fermented dairy product, most of which is a high-protein nutritious food processed from milk. Generally, it is yellow block, but some of it is sheet or even strip. Reduced-fat cheese is a mature full-fat low-fat cheese in the future, with fine texture and soft taste. It is an excellent condiment, and we often use skim cheese when baking. The lipid-lowering cheese is also added with whipped cream or a mixture of whipped cream and milk.
