If you are in good shape, you'd better eat normally. It doesn't matter if you eat a few more meals. There is also the need to increase exercise.

Anyway, if you eat meat, don't eat meat. Eat until you are 7 minutes full, eat more meals every day, eat more vegetables, fruits and grains, and have a reasonable rest.
