What is the main practice of slimming yoga?
The training posture of slimming yoga is not fixed, but there are various combinations, such as back combination, whole body shaping combination, stretching combination, chest combination and strong balance combination. According to the different parts of the body, there are different body shaping effects.

The following are three common posture combinations:

1, back combination:

Common postures are mountain posture, bow posture, semi-locust posture, cobra pose posture, cat posture, camel posture, matsyendrasana posture and so on. They mainly relax and exercise the back muscles, which are suitable for people who sit in the office for a long time and help to relieve the pressure on the waist muscles.

2, whole body shaping combination:

The common poses are: right-angle dihedral, goddess pose, leg-hugging dihedral, eagle arm pose, lower dog pose, half-lower dog pose and so on. This combination aims at body plasticity, taking into account the abdomen, back, arms and other parts, and is suitable for people who want to lose weight.

3. Stretch combination:

It is suitable for people who are tired from working at their desks for a long time, and can achieve the function of relaxing body and mind. It is recommended to do it when you wake up in the morning or before going to bed at night.
