What exercise is suitable for thin people?
Thin people should not do so much aerobic exercise, or they will get thinner as they practice. Aerobic exercise includes: running (jogging), swimming, boxing, cycling and so on. Thin people should do more anaerobic exercises: they are all muscle exercises, such as push-ups and sit-ups. If you need equipment, it is dumbbell and barbell training, from dumbbell shrugging to barbell pressing, to barbell bending, and finally to legs. Thin people should exercise more muscles.
