What is aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy is a natural therapy that uses plant extracts (usually essential oils) to promote physical and mental health through inhalation or skin contact. It takes advantage of the physical therapy effect of the aroma and chemical components of plants on the human body.

Aromatherapy can be performed in a variety of ways, including:

Steam inhalation: add a few drops of aromatic essential oil to the hot water basin to make it smell fragrant, then cover your head with a towel and breathe near the steam. This method can be used to relieve breathing problems, reduce stress and improve mood.

Massage: Mix the appropriately diluted aromatic essential oil with the basic carrier oil and massage the body with it. Massage can promote blood circulation, relax muscles, relieve tension and anxiety and improve overall physical and mental health.

Aromatherapy lamp or diffuser: use a specially designed aromatherapy lamp or diffuser to emit the fragrance of aromatic essential oil. This method can diffuse the fragrance into the air and create a quiet and relaxed environment for the room.

Bath: Take a bath by mixing a few drops of aromatic essential oil with warm water. Hot water can help aromatic essential oils to emit fragrance, and at the same time provide relaxing and soothing effects.

Commonly used aromatic essential oils include lavender, mint, sandalwood, lemon and neroli. Different essential oils have different characteristics and functions, and can be selected and used according to personal needs and health goals. Aromatherapy is widely used to relax, relieve stress, manage emotions, improve sleep and relieve muscle pain.
