Injection is the injection of drugs into deep muscle tissue or intravenous injection, which is transmitted to various parts of the human body through the diffusion of drug molecules to achieve the purpose of treatment. It is mainly suitable for some acute diseases or situations that need rapid analgesic treatment, such as colds, fever, hepatitis and so on. It doesn't take long to get an injection, but it usually takes only a few minutes to complete.
Infusion is to transport the liquid medicine into the human body through an intravenous syringe, hang the infusion bottle on the infusion stand, and insert it into the vein of the human body through the infusion pipeline and needle, so that the medicine can be transported to all parts of the body through the vascular system of the human body, thus playing a therapeutic role. It is suitable for cases of serious diseases or long-term treatment, such as serious infection and cancer. The infusion time is long, lasting for several hours, and the treatment cycle is as long as several days.
Although both injection and infusion achieve therapeutic effects through human blood circulation, there are great differences in their methods of use, scope of application and time. They are all handled in different situations, and there is no logical connection.
