What's the difference between contraction dance and stretching dance?
The contraction dance action is different from the extension dance action of air jumping. Stretching dance is a jumping action, which is more intense, while contraction dance is a gentle and natural human movement. In the Paleolithic dance, it was often used as a foil to the extended dance. In the Paleolithic dance, stretching dance was mostly performed by men, while women only made some gentle, relaxed and down-to-earth gestures. Compared with the unrestrained jumping movements of men, women just do some slow waving arms, twisting their waists and hips, and fluctuating back and forth like waves.
