Is it better to practice yoga or aerobics?
Aerobic exercise costs a lot of money and has a remarkable weight loss effect, but it will gain muscle. Yoga can help you trim and lengthen the shape of your muscles. From my experience, it is very good to do aerobics first, take a break and then have a set of yoga. When I don't do yoga, it is reduced from 130 to 98, and I am thin, but my calf is obviously out of proportion to my upper body, and my muscles are quite developed. Later, I began to practice more and more, and it was really obvious that the calf muscles changed from round to slender. Now I just do aerobics twice a week and do yoga four times (two of which start two hours after aerobics). I always feel that doing yoga can lengthen muscles better and more effectively before finally forming a circle.
