Can I draw by hand on the wallpaper? Can I paint with acrylic pigment?
Propylene pigments can be used.

Water-based mixed pigments are free of toxic and volatile substances such as formaldehyde, which are harmless to human body and have bright colors. Theoretically, acrylic film will never be brittle and will never turn yellow.

Propylene is more durable than oil paints. Many European churches have a history of thousands of years, and the paintings inside are still well preserved. Propylene will last longer. More importantly than oil painting, this pigment can only be dissolved in water once, which means that it can be mixed with water when painting, and will not be dissolved in water after drying, so even if the wall is wet in the future, it will not damage the picture.
