Recipe method of natural delivery for 30 days with moon meal

(1) Diet after delivery 1 week

Breakfast: Pistachio nuts, eggs with shells, black sesame soybean milk, steamed bread, beans, almonds, shredded lettuce, Shao Shao, black sesame soybean milk, fish and yam porridge.
