In the twenty-five Tong Yuan of the first Shurangama Sutra, Tong Yuan at the root of Guanyin and Tong Yuan at the potential root were placed at the bottom beyond the standard, indicating that the Guanyin Bodhisattva method was explicitly selected and the potential root method was secretly selected. It's time to overhaul the certificate from the root, and only take smart pictures, so as to avoid six (eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body and mind) touching six dusts (touching the color and sounding incense), six unrecognizable, and six natural. In the practice of chanting Buddha, focusing on the name of Buddha with the heart of chanting Buddha is the root of taking meaning; The mouth must be read clearly, that is, the root of the tongue; The ear must be heard clearly, that is, take the root of the ear. If you take these three roots in the name of Buddha, your eyes will never be confused. Keep your eyes open when you are chanting Buddha, and don't open your eyes wide. When the eyes are removed, the nose will stop smelling, and so will the nose. The body must be respectful and the body must be taken. Six roots are taken but not scattered, and there is no delusion in my heart. Bak Yan has five desires and six dusts, and only Buddha is a thought and a pure thought. If you can understand all six, it is a series of names and pure thoughts. Pure thoughts can trigger the seeds of Buddhism one after another in the eight fields of consciousness, thus the Buddhist world appears and is transported to the pure land at the end of life. If you can keep reading one after another, you won't be confused with one heart and one mind, and you can get it gradually. If you come here now, you will definitely meet the Buddha. It's true.
Tong Yuan of Guanyin's ears started with the smell of his ears, turned the upside-down smell machine that galloped in the past into the nature of smelling, did not follow the sound, flowed into the original stream, and then untied the knot, thus proving the truth and entering Tong Yuan. In the practice of chanting Buddha, hearing the Buddha's name is called chanting Buddha's name, which means chanting Buddha's name, observing Buddha's name, studying Buddha's name and studying Buddha's root. There is emptiness in silence, but it is like dreaming about the world. If you have a smooth ear, you will go home, you will smell yourself, and you will miss yourself. Sex will become supreme, and you will find a wonderful way. It can be said that you have ten customs, all the way to nirvana.
Calling Buddha's name, self-reading and self-listening are the wonderful fusion of Guanyin and Shi Zhi. Start from the heart, listen to the ear, and return to the heart. If there is no end, friends will exchange a Buddhist name. Buddha is the initial consciousness, and thought is the initial consciousness. It is inspired by thoughts and edified by smells. If you have an idea, you will be heard. Heart softly, blend into one, walk to show the taste of ordinary circles. After such a long time, the boundaries of root organs have gradually changed, from filth to purity, from holiness to holiness. Divine elixir, subtle luck. Skilled pedestrians should swim Guanyin, have potential sadness and wisdom in their hearts, and practice the anti-self-knowledge kung fu of taking one out of six. Take the law as the top priority, be diligent and brave, and prove wit when you are alive. Keeping the bottom line and relying on Buddha's mercy can also bring your career to life, and you can see Buddha and realize tact in China. Amitabha's two threats guide our pure practitioners to practice, which can be described as thorough and meticulous.
Second, respect wholeheartedly and thoroughly.
The big world is skillful, and the small world is talented. If you want to be superb and famous, you will get it from dedication and dedication. Playing autumn teaches two people to play chess, and only those who concentrate on it win; People who bend over (stick cicadas with bamboo poles) will get it no matter what the purpose is. As for learning from teachers, sincere respect is especially beneficial. Buddhism is the mother of three buddhas, a torch in the dark, and a kind voyage to help all suffering beings, so Mahayana classics teach people to respect the scriptures everywhere. In particular, it is extremely virtuous to recite the Buddha's Dharma and give birth to the Dharma. All beings in the Nine Dharmas have equal access to the Dharma, and they should devote their lives to respecting it, such as teaching and practicing it. "Infinite Life Sutra" says: "Buddha tells Maitreya: I am glad to hear the name of the Buddha, and even think about it. When he knows that this man has made a lot of money, he has great merit. So Maitreya has a fire, which is full of three thousand worlds. If you want to experience this, you will hear scriptures, believe in music happily, and be read by others, such as practicing. Forgetting oneself for the law and pursuing faith and music are manifestations of sincere respect for sacred religion.
Whether the Buddhist chanting method with salvation as the core is sincere or not is directly related to the success or failure of practice. Amitabha's sincerity to attract all beings is the sincerity of the Buddha; It is my sincerity to read Buddha and live in pure land. These two sincere feelings of Buddha, such as magnetic needle, can be transported to life. Therefore, Yin Zulin finally said: "There is nothing strange about the Pure Land Law, but you must be sincere, and everything will be led by the Buddha to bring the industry to life. 」
The external expression of sincerity is respect, not disrespect. Treat the Buddha as a living Buddha and read the classics as the Buddha told me before. I dare not be a little careless. Treat the three treasures with respect, treat others with respect, and hold the Buddha's name in awe. Constant balance is like this, that is, the karma is disappearing day by day, and the light is becoming more and more obvious.
In the choice and practice of Buddhism, sincerity and respect are characterized by depth and expertise. Take care of one place and do nothing. "On Great Wisdom" takes practicing one dharma and always concentrates on collecting all kinds of good dharma as the fundamental practice of the postscript of Bodhisattva Akun. Therefore, it is expensive to read Buddha because you have been reading Amitabha, and you are most afraid of being mixed up. To concentrate on Buddhism means to concentrate on all good dharma, that is, to concentrate on the right direction. The Yin Fu Jing in ancient China said: "The deaf are good at seeing and the deaf are good at listening. Never benefit from one source, use ten times as many teachers; It takes ten thousand times as many teachers to work day and night. 」
It means that the blind have lost their sight, so their hearing is doubly sensitive; Deaf people have lost their hearing, so their eyesight is extremely sharp. By analogy, if we can put an end to the temptation of all interests and concentrate on one goal wholeheartedly, we can get the benefits of taking one as ten; If you specialize in day and night, you can get ten thousand times the benefits. The same is true of chanting Buddha. The general trend of Bodhisattva's method of "taking all six, one before and one after" shows that if you can keep thinking, the potential energy of your heart will increase geometrically. With the heart of thinking of Buddha, you can't bear it when you enter, and you can think of Samadha and become a great bodhisattva. The connotation of the name of Bodhisattva is the general trend and enlightens us.
It's very important to read Buddha specially. Dade, the founder of Ye Jing, has many inspirations. As the Bodhisattva said, "Those who cultivate pure land are most jealous of impurity. What is tolerance? Even if you satirize the scriptures, hold spells, do things, talk about unimportant Zen, and talk about good fortune and bad fortune, there are mixed feelings. If it is mixed, it is that the heart is not single-minded; If you don't concentrate on it, it's hard to see the Buddha die. But it didn't take a lifetime? If you don't do anything now, just hold on to Amitabha, and you will be happy and successful for a long time. 」
The Bodhisattva Jueming and Miaoxing saw the common problems of all beings in Nu Wa, and it was a rare remedy to treat the disease accurately. In view of its far-reaching and extraordinary effect, the good guide mage first advocated specializing in Buddhism, and proposed specializing in five upright lines: first, reading upright lines, and concentrating on reading Buddhist scriptures, Amitabha sutra, and Infinite Life Sutra. Second, visualize the right path and concentrate on the pure land of the West. Third, worship is on the right track, and I worship Amitabha. Fourth, the name is correct, I am in the name of Amitabha. 5. Praise righteousness and devotion to Amitabha. There are two kinds of positive business: positive business and auxiliary business. It is called Zhengding industry, and the four lines of reading classics, observing thoughts, worshiping and offering praise are called auxiliary industries (helping to become famous). Besides, I'm helping two lines, self-sufficient.
Whether pure practice can be specialized is the key to decide whether it can be passed down. The master of good guidance earnestly revealed that those who specialize in reciting Buddhist names, once they read it, will end their lives in a period of time. "Ten is ten, and a hundred is a hundred." Why? Mindfulness, which has no external reasons, corresponds to the Buddha's original wish, does not violate the teachings and follows the Buddhist language. If you want to specialize in miscellaneous trade, you will only have one or two in a hundred hours, and three or five in a thousand hours. Why? It is because of the improper thoughts caused by distracting thoughts, which do not correspond to the original wishes of the Buddha, contradict the teachings, contradict the Buddha's theory, contradict the thoughts, remember intermittently, ignore the truth when returning to the wishes, and be insatiable when seeing troubles, so there is no shame and repentance. This passage in French reveals the superiority of specialized courses and the harm of miscellaneous subjects. Master Yin Zuzan's special two repairs: "This golden mouth is sincere, and it is difficult to make an iron case through the ages." "Ancestors can see that the Buddha's heart is harmonious, and our net yogi should be regarded as the guide of net practice.
The ancestors tirelessly encouraged the specialization of the network industry, not only through language, but also through examples. For more than 30 years, the master of good guidance has been specializing in chanting Buddha. Every time he enters the room, he kneels and recites Buddha, and he will never rest until he is exhausted. Master Daochuo recites the Buddha 70,000 times a day and tells the audience the Infinite Life Sutra 200 times. Master lianchi said: Everything I have done in my life is that there is no Amitabha in the south. Read Buddha all your life and keep your ambition.
In the year of drought, the villagers asked the master for rain, and the master knocked on the wooden fish to recite the Buddha along the ridge, and it rained like a note. Master lianchi's verification of Buddha's famous sentences inspired the confidence of future generations. When Yin Zuchu became a monk, he had to read the fragments of the pure land of Dragon Tree and had confidence in Buddhism. After more than 60 years of studying Buddhism and unremitting efforts, he finally became a Buddha, ranking 13th in Jing Zong. If you have a thorough understanding of a subject, you will be able to obtain extraordinary legal benefits. A person who can hold a Buddha's name to the fullest can be called a pear flower in the folk.
If you are good at Tao, you must first cover up its impurities. Master lianchi just opened seven things as a self-warning:
First, don't save money, don't build houses, don't buy fields, and buy all exquisite and beautiful things, that is, classics and images are from Taikoo and famous artists. Don't miss it and concentrate on mindfulness.
Second, don't do all kinds of unimportant things. It's not too late to do important events once they are clear. Now, you have the right to buy all kinds of doors and focus on mindfulness.
Third, don't wait for lust, good taste and good words to be greedy before you care. Don't be bothered by bad colors and bad tastes. Laugh at those who destroy me with bad words, scold and insult me with bad words, never provoke me with all kinds of dissatisfaction, and even annoy the past and the future. Whether it is suitable or not, it is all screen-catching, wall-sticking and single-minded.
Fourth, you are not allowed to write poems, scribble books, paste couplets, decorate letters, read foreign books, discuss the gains and losses of others, and even teach you to write with your own imagination and pride. If you don't understand Zen, judge, be tongue-tied and be mindful.
5. Don't make friends with relatives and friends, but invite, travel and gossip. Everything in the world, except what is right, must not be done. I will rest and concentrate on mindfulness.
6. Don't be greedy, don't let go, don't sleep, don't be ignorant of big things, don't work hard, and don't concentrate on mindfulness.
Seven, shall not compete with the world for talent, fame, power, speechless, undocumented, ignorant, arrogant. However, we should be modest and stupid, live in school, and exercise ourselves, constantly improve and focus on mindfulness.
Master lianchi set an example and set an example for future generations to read Buddha specially.

All kinds of sounds in the pure land of the west have eight characteristics, namely: clear, smooth, sad, bright, wonderful, harmonious and elegant. The content is as follows:

(2) Smooth and not astringent. Self-directness, no injustice, no bending, consistency and harmony between truth and vulgarity can make the listener melt the dross in his heart and achieve the truth of various laws.
3 worry, worry. Sorrow is for all living beings to abandon their father and wander, and suffering is for reincarnation. The Buddha regards all beings as Buddhas, so he mourns without hurting. The Buddha blessed all beings with his will, and the prodigal son will eventually return to his loving mother's arms, so he mourned without complaint. Mourning can let the listener know the deep beauty and cause great sorrow.
(4) bright, bright. Self-illuminating Zhan Ran, bright voice. If the jade ring, it will cleanse the evil heart and make the listener show wisdom and light. When you die, you become a Buddha, so the voice of chanting Buddha is full of bright colors of optimism and victory.
(5) Micro, micro-dense. The sound is penetrating, inspiring, exploring the sea directly, revealing secrets, showing the infinite virtue of Tathagata in Jill's mind, which can make the listener return to the original and have endless aftertaste.
(6) wonderful, wonderful. Self-nature is wonderful, and sound can spread wonderful methods, which can make the listener understand and coincide with the Tao. Pure pedestrians chanting Buddha become Buddha, that is, the name is wonderful.
(7) Harmony. The five tones (in the upper corner of the palace) are smooth, harmonious in rhythm and magnificent as the tide, which can make the listener's six senses calm, calm, calm and calm.
(8) elegant and straight. Self-merit, integrity and prudence, no evil and vulgarity. The joy of elegance and integrity can make the listener want to balance himself, stay away from vulgarity, and naturally have the heart of chanting Buddha, dharma and monk.
The above eight sound characteristics are the expression of self-work on the sound and dust level. All sounds in the pure land of the west show the beauty of these eight virtues, and the name Amitabha also contains these eight beautiful qualities. Therefore, pure travelers should focus on giving the six-character flood the characteristics of being clear, sad, bright, wonderful and elegant. If you read Buddha, it is easy to communicate with Amitabha's Buddhist paradise. Our sound Buddha's name is integrated into the grand symphony of the western pure land, and at the same time, all kinds of wonderful sounds of the western pure land should be in harmony with our sound Buddha's name. The heart is light, the earth and the earth are integrated, and the wonderful feeling is unimaginable.
Therefore, the tone and style of chanting Buddha should be clear, sad, light, wonderful and elegant, so as to achieve the effect of isomorphism and vibration with the pure land of the West. When chanting Buddha, you can go straight to the bliss country, that is, Qing, without asking for blessings in the world; When chanting Buddha, ten thousand yuan is put down, and there is nothing to stand for, one stretches the mind, and the other sings Buddha from the heart, which is smooth; When chanting Buddha, I am ashamed, afraid of hell and abyss, and it is mourning to call for help and ask for Buddha in the water; When you read Buddha, you will celebrate and comfort your heart. Fortunately, when you meet Jing Zong, you will get rid of the pain, dance and be cheerful and enthusiastic. This is the light; When you read Buddha, you can feel the light, your voice is steady, you can wash away dirt, you are happy and healthy, and your light will gradually appear, which is micro; When chanting Buddha, Sanskrit sounds enter the heart, cool, sensible, fragrant and solemn, wonderful; When chanting Buddha, the sound is stable, the pronunciation is mellow, the heart is calm, and the external environment is harmonious, which is harmony; When chanting Buddha, you are calm, carefree, don't like secular language, correct your body and mind, and only the Buddha is chanting Buddha. This is elegance. Clear, sad, bright, light and elegant are the norms of chanting Buddha, and we net workers should do as they are taught.

When you believe your wishes for the first time, you should practice Buddhism. As for the method of reciting Buddha, Jing Zong's classics and the great virtues of past dynasties have provided many simple and profound rituals. The purpose of chanting Buddha is to return to the pure land of past lives, but also to cure troubles and get rid of delusions and distractions. Buddha regards six as six thieves, and it is difficult for thieves to catch them all. Mother-in-law, as a sentient being, has the most beneficial ears and the most complete merits, so we should try our best to subdue her. First, listen to the Buddha's voice with your ears and count or visualize it with your meaning. Grasp the roots of the ear and the brain, and the other roots will naturally surrender. The so-called one root returns to the source and six roots are liberated. Throughout the ages, Dade, the founder of Jing religion, has accumulated many methods in intensive cultivation and purification, which can be used as a model for the last batch of French pedestrians. Only ten words, not two hundred and thirty, will hurt your anger. If you add ten words in the morning and evening, or three times in the morning, middle and evening. If there is a clean room or a Buddhist temple, you still have to burn incense and worship Buddha, standing and kneeling. The ten-chanting method was established for busy people according to Amitabha's 18th wish. It is a method that monks and nuns can practice whether they are idle or busy. Chu Shi Zen master thinks about it ten times in the morning and never lacks it for life; Master Youxi has always been regarded as a day shift. Master Gu Kun also believed in this method. Ten thoughts in the morning, one breath, no matter how many buddhas there are. This is based on a Buddha statue. Then read a Buddha and know a word; Read ten sentences of Buddhism and know ten sentences. From one to ten, from one to ten, I read it tens of thousands of times every day, so I remember. Not only to be insincere, but also to nourish the soul. There are fast and slow, without obstacles; It is suitable from morning till night. Counting ten thoughts and giving a Buddha name wholeheartedly, although I think wrong, I can't do it. This is a wonderful way to recite Buddha.

Such as holding wood and stones, heavy and not moving forward, Yin Hong signals and floats lightly. Reading Buddha aloud can protect your ears and enlighten you, and cleanse the dirt of five yin. Guanyin enters the heart, the heart is easy to specialize, and there are few distractions. There are ten advantages to chanting aloud: first, it can relieve sleep; Second, monty is frightened; Third, it can be distributed in ten places; Fourth, third, it can stop suffering; Fifth, it can't stop the voice of the outside world; Sixth, it can make people relaxed and happy; Seventh, you can be brave and diligent; Eighth, it can make Buddhists happy; Ninth, it can make samadhi appear before; Tenth. As the saying goes, if you think big, you will see the Buddha, and if you think small, you will see the Buddha. Read Buddha aloud and hope to do it often.
4. King Kong Nian
If you feel uncomfortable, or people and places get in the way, but move your lips, use the diamond hug method. No matter how much, every word goes through the heart, the heart moves on the tongue, and the tongue moves back to the heart. The tongue is full of sounds and the ears are still listening. Dense, clear, word of mouth. This is for the heart. If you listen to your heart, you won't see it, smell it or move your body. A word from Amitabha will invite a master.
5. Read Buddha with great interest
Or when you are calm, think of yourself in the round light, meditate on your nose, think about it, and come up with a sigh of relief. It is feasible to say "no Amitabha" when inhaling ("no Amitabha" when exhaling), which is convenient for pranayama. Not slow and not urgent, the heart and breathing are dependent. It is possible to take it in and out, live, sit and lie down. Don't stop, make you sleepy, sleep with Buddha. Sleep is continuous and often self-confidential. I was so absorbed in it for a long time that I forgot my own thoughts. That is, this body and mind, vanity and so on. To be proficient and open-minded, samadhi is of great benefit to you.

Sitting and lying, meditating, dressing and eating, all the time, are all about the Buddha's name. Although busy, I don't forget the Buddha and the pure land. Things that the world cares about. Although it has experienced language, it has come. It is better to recall the past than to sit down and do all kinds of things. The same should be true of the heart of chanting Buddha. Or you've lost your mind. Count it and take it back. After a long time, I can always remember. But in a clean place, you can speak loudly or meditate when you are respectful. If you go to an unclean place (such as going to the toilet, etc.). ), or when you are rude (such as sleeping and taking a shower, etc. ), you should meditate, don't make any noise, and don't meditate at this time. Reciting Buddha's name does not interfere with secular law. For example, farming, business, cooking, laundry, civil engineering, stone and other industries can follow suit, or recite the Buddha's name silently or loudly, with equal merits. Work with your hands, recite the Buddha with your heart, and your heart is in your hands. All departments do their own things, and over time, they are skilled, complement each other and do everything. Such as Huang Tietie's death by chanting Buddha, and Mrs. Ge Ji's meditation on Buddha. , are sufficient evidence. Especially suitable for family members, mainly chanting Buddha.
7. Read this word.
When slowly reciting the Buddha's name, look at the font with the sound of each word, or see that there is no Amitabha in the south of the Chinese font, or look at the Sanskrit font NamoAmitabha, or look at the Sanskrit book-(that is, the word A), read clearly, listen clearly, and observe that the font has roots, the sounds are not chaotic, and the ears and roots are taken together. The mind is extraordinary, and it is easy to be pure.
8. think about it with a name.
When you walk, live, sit and lie down, you will hold your name wholeheartedly; When you sit quietly on the futon, you will think of the Buddha statue and the solemnity of the pure land. When you are tired after menstruation, you meditate and see Buddha. After sitting for a long time, you become famous after menstruation. If you can practice walking, living, sitting and lying skillfully, you will benefit for a long time.

Everything in it is hidden, and only the Buddha is bright. There are countless voices and bodhisattvas around them respectfully. In addition, you can also solemn all kinds of western paradise, if you are virtuous, beautiful, fragrant and happy, if you are a pavilion in a spring pool, if you are Lin Shubao. com, you can remember them one by one, and you can wander online. Send your heart to Elysium first, and you will be reborn when you die.

If you ask about chanting Buddha, you have your own way. Every time I recite Buddha, my mouth is full of lotus fragrance.
Because my heart is pure, I have this fragrance. China is out of the mouth, and flowers bloom in the west.
A Buddha blooms a flower, and the color is bright. When I read Buddha, the blue light shines;
When you read two Buddhas, yellow will be yellow; Read three buddhas and emit red light;
Say four buddhas, and let white light shine. You can't forget it if you think about it.
You can forget the number, but you want to be beautiful. If you can keep your mind calm, you will definitely meet the Great Wishing King.
10. The concept of sleep method
Those who cultivate the pure land want to sleep in the temple and cross their hands and face west. If you sit on your knees straight, recite Amitabha, Guanyin, Ten Fingers and Jinghai for ten times, and make a wish: Disciple A is now an ordinary man, sinful and The six great divisions in the wheel of karma suffers. When I met knowledge today, I got Tommy's name. I want virtue, I want mindfulness, I want death, and I want Buddha's compassion. Disciple A didn't know that Buddha and body were in love. May Buddha appear so that I can see Guanyin, Shi Zhi and other bodhisattvas. His world is pure and solemn, and light and beauty are equal, which shows me. I took an oath, but I slept with mindfulness. I can't talk nonsense or entertain foolish ideas. You can see it when you wish, or you can see it in your sleep.

Today, those who cultivate pure land should believe that they should be careful not to waste their laziness because they have no experience for the time being. They must persist for a long time, and they must be in the pure land, and their merits are boundless. This concept of sleeping Buddha can effectively improve the quality of sleep and achieve physical and mental health. Amitabha is also an excellent sleeping pill in the world.
The above ten methods of chanting Buddha are only based on the practice standards for all beings in the final law. All beings have different root mechanisms, and there are many methods, such as drawing a grid to count, chasing the top, and so on. Experienced pedestrians can find relevant information, so I won't quote it much.
Five, the cleaning industry practice etiquette
Beginners of Buddhism have complicated and simple classes, which can be decided according to their own leisure and busyness, and there is no certain law. Through the morning and evening homework ceremony, a simple example is listed for pedestrians' reference.
1. Simple classroom reading method in the morning and evening
Every morning and evening, you must wash your hands and gargle, go to the Buddha statue (if there is no Buddha statue, the west can worship it), burn incense devoutly, worship three times, and read the ten methods first.

Generally speaking, people who practice clean business have to live, sit, lie, eat and live in the west, so the sense of machine is easy to become and the roots are easy to be familiar with. A Buddha statue, a stove, a table, a bed and a chair should be hung in the room. Don't put any unnecessary objects. The stadium should also be cleaned to make the passage clear. In order to make this heart forget everything. Empty, I don't know the body, I don't know the world, I don't know what I am doing today is a spiritual practice, so I am close to the Tao and the world, and I can become pure.
In the morning, I read a scroll of Amitabha Sutra, held Amitabha for a thousand times, turned around and made a vow to the Buddha. This is a temporary lesson. If you just start to get up, or feel uneasy, it will stop at 4 o'clock, calm down a little, gradually increase to 6 o'clock, and then gradually increase to 12, with a total of 12 volumes of chanting, 12000 Buddhist names. What's more, it is a daily lesson to worship Buddha when you return. The rest of the kung fu doesn't have to be counted, either silently or loudly, just a matter of mind. The method of holding a name requires every word and sentence, and the sound and heart depend on each other and are not mixed with the world. 3. Timely evidence collection
In the final analysis, all sentient beings should cultivate merit, have weak faith, be lax and changeable, and be particularly diligent in doing things in order to achieve net merit. As for the date of chanting Buddha during the Keqi period, Jing Zong's scriptures inspired him to recite Buddha day and night, or closed his doors for seven, ten, twenty-one, forty-nine or even a hundred days, or 100,000 or 300,000 people held a dying curse. Although the time limit and methods shown in the classics are different, the purpose of Jike's verification (or proving the past or the samadhi) is the same. (1)*** Seven Buddhist practices
Participants in seven buddha practice are divided into two classes, one is chanting Buddha's name, and the other is meditation, which is limited to half an hour and repeated. If the voice of the Buddha continues, it will not be born, such as calling the phase, not dizzy, not moving, for yourself. On the seventh or forty-ninth day, the only Buddhist name is chanting. Get up early and go to the Buddha recitation hall. After the Buddha recitation, start to recite Buddha. At the end of the evening, just go back briefly. Every day. Come back at seven o'clock. When chanting Buddha, the Buddha's name should be coordinated with the footsteps. There are four steps to a Buddha's name: one step in the south, one step in the Ami, one step in the Tuo and one step in the Buddha. If the steps are unified with the Buddha's name and the Buddha's name is recited in a slow and sad voice, the mood will be clear and the Buddhism will be full of joy.
(2) Ten-day Zen with a million Buddhist names
Jing Yun: If a person reads Amitabha a million times, he will decide to live in bliss. When you are diligent, everyone has a shack, no reading, no words, no fasting, no eating in the afternoon, and no less than 100,000 Buddhist names every day, which is included in the exercise book. This practice method cuts off the outer edge and faces the self. Through the six-character flood name, we can clearly understand our thoughts and accept the merits of Amitabha's name, which makes people feel ashamed, grateful and unforgettable
(3) Ship shape method
According to the practice shown in the Samadha Sutra of the Buddha, we often walk without sitting or lying down, or one day and one night, or seven days and seven nights, or even March, and sincerely trust the power of Amitabha, surpassing the obstacles such as drowsiness, falling and pain of ordinary people. Through the integration of Buddha's merits, samadhi and self-nature, he gained incredible legal benefits. The method of traveling by boat has been practiced by many practitioners in the cleaning industry, and the effect is quite good. I have a chance to do it with my heart.
