I. hidrosis
Herpes zoster, also known as unhealthy eczema, is a common vesicular disease of palms and feet, which occurs in some parts of abnormal development of sweat glands, namely arms, palms or feet. It mainly appears in the form of blisters, so it is named herpes simplex. Most people think that the factor is nonspecific skin eczema-like reaction. In fact, this disease is inextricably linked with personal physique, mental state and autonomic nervous dysfunction.
The general state is that papules and blisters as big as millet appear repeatedly in arms, elbows, palms and other parts. There is no obvious inflammation around, and the blister wall is thick, which shows that the blister fluid is transparent at first and then becomes turbid. After three days, the liquid will absorb itself and dry up to become desquamation, and the pink new skin will be exposed again, and the fingers will form a chapped shape when flexed and stretched. Patients will feel itchy and hot in the affected parts. Summer is particularly easy to grow hair because it is humid and sultry.
Second, eczema
Eczema is a kind of skin inflammation caused by itching, which may be caused by many factors. It can be divided into acute phase, subacute phase and chronic phase. Skin injury is generally characterized by pleomorphism and symmetry, unbearable itching and easy recurrence.
Because the causes of eczema are various, there are usually internal and external causes. Its internal factors mainly include chronic digestive system diseases, mental stress, insomnia, excessive fatigue, emotional changes, endocrine disorders, infection, metabolic disorders and so on. And external factors may be stimulated by sunlight, cold, dryness, heat, scalding of hot water and various animal skins, plants, cosmetics, soaps, artificial fibers, etc.
So there are a lot of blisters on my hands, which may be the above symptoms. At this time, we must avoid using spicy and other irritating foods, and give up drinking and smoking. Do not wash with alkaline soap or detergent. Do not tear or puncture the blisters. Go to the hospital for examination and treatment.
