1. Standardize EXCEL operation at ordinary times, and make small-size EXCEL files of standard files.
Generally, normal EXCEL files are about 70KB, but some people actually produce 500KB or more, even 200KB is too big.
To this end, let's discuss how to make small-sized EXCEL files:
1 with as few illustrations as possible. If necessary, the image should be reduced in size before insertion (instead of reducing the image size after insertion, use ACDSee, photoshop and other software to reduce the image file size). If it is inserted without reducing the size, you can select the picture in EXCEL and right click-> Format the picture-> Picture tab-> Just compress it (see the sample video below for details).
2. Try to use less artistic fonts and unnecessary embellishments, and try not to use tools such as drawing lines or text boxes.
3. Generally, when creating a new EXCEL file, three worksheets (Sheet 1/Sheet2/Sheet3) will be automatically created, and the other two worksheets (Sheet2/Sheet3) will be deleted when not needed.
4. Do not select an area in a whole row or column, because this will increase the file size. Select the areas to be modified respectively.
5. Print preview check: After making the form, use it several times.
Print a preview and check whether the form you made is the same as what you want to do, and whether there are many pages. These can be solved by adjusting the margins. Or delete unnecessary content.
6. Don't define the line height, font and other formats or other styles for the non-workspace area, or the file will increase accordingly.
7. Mandatory method: First, create a new EXCEL file, delete two redundant tables (Sheet2/Sheet3), enter general words and contents, and then save (the file is only 20 KB). Then open it to modify or insert pictures.
The file generated in this way should not be too large.
