If you still want to learn how to hypnotize others, you need to study more systematically. Introduction to Hypnosis was written by Mr. Dylan Morgan, which is very systematic. Liao Yuepeng's "Use a little magic to hypnotize every day" is very practical, so you can choose to read it. The Secret of Hypnosis, written by Lin Zhennian, president of Japan Hypnosis Induction Research Association, is a classic hypnotic tutorial book that I personally agree with most (also a book recommended by Chinese Psychological Society). He has many other works, and some of them are grandstanding books, so I only recommend this one.
Videos are usually hypnotic shows, which are meaningless. Some are hypnosis courses, which are too time-consuming and cost-effective, because the content is no different from books. Taking that kind of class is just to exercise the operation ability, and it will not help the self-learners much if you mix a certificate.
In addition, the practice of hypnosis also needs more practice, so it is best to practice according to what is written in the book after reading it, so as to advance from novice to expert.
