You can do more abdominal massage when you are free. Rub the palm of your hand first, put your right hand in the middle of your stomach, and massage your stomach and abdominal area clockwise. This is because the right side of the abdomen is the ascending colon and the left side is the descending colon, which helps gastrointestinal peristalsis according to the flow direction of excretion. Then, put your right hand on the right side of the upper abdomen and push your palm from right to left.
Before going to bed at night, getting up in the morning can not only reduce your stomach, but also detoxify and relax your bowels.
If you have time, you can do some simple yoga moves, such as cobra pose.
