Step 1: Know your lower bust first (the measurement method is shown in the figure).

First of all, you should measure your upper and lower bust (75 in 75A refers to the lower bust), and people with sagging breasts should push their breasts to the normal position for measurement. Available labels for lower bust are: 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105cm.

Step 2: Determine the cup size of the mask.

The size of the cup is the difference between the upper bust minus the lower bust. Generally speaking, choose a cup around 10cm, b cup around 12.5cm, c cup around 15cm, d cup around 17.5cm, e cup around 20cm and f cup above 20cm. For the specific calculation of bra size, you can fill in the upper and lower bust sizes in the table below and calculate them online. See table 1 (I) for details. There are different ways to express bra size in different countries. Usually, what we see is the size of the United States, Europe and Japan. In China, Japanese notation is generally adopted. See table 1 (ii) for details.
